FUR THE LOVE PET FEST – Date: Sunday, February 20th from 10 AM until 4 PM. Location: Las Olas Oceanside Park 3000 E Las Olas Blvd. Fort Lauderdale. Let’s be honest this is my favorite event because my dog Teddy & I are hosting this event. We have been helping plan this for months, and we have a fantastic group of vendors participating. This year we are also offering a Bark Brunch. For activities, you will find tons of selfie stations, a Pupchella Fashion Show, Dog Yoga, Caricature Artist to draw your dog, Agility Course by Pawz-itive Dog Training, Police K9 demonstration and live music with JJ & the Florida Oranges. We will also have food trucks and food vendors at the event. WoofStock – Date: Saturday, February 5th Time: 10 AM until 2 PM. Location: Sunrise Sportsplex 9101 NW 50th Street. This is the City of Sunrise’s annual celebration of dogs and dog lovers – featuring entertainment, demonstrations, specialty retail vendors, food & more. Admission is FREE.
Dachshund Wienerfest – Date: February 5th from 10 AM until 5 PM. Location: TY Park 3300 N. Park Rd. Hollywood.

Doglentines Dog Movie Night – Date: February 15th Time: 6 PM This event is planned by my friends from Doggizen. I highly recommend following them if you want to know what is going on in Miami. InterContinental Miami Paws Patio – Free Yappy Hour for pups & fur parents. Date: Every Wednesday. Time: 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Bayside Terrace. Discounted Valet for $7 or metered parking. This is my favorite Yappy Hour so definitely check it out.
South Miami Sip & Stroll – Date: Thursday, February 10th Time: 6 PM until 9 PM. Location: Town Kitchen & Bar 7301 Southwest 57th Court, South Miami. They meet at 6 PM in front of restaurant and start to walk around the neighborhood by 6:15 PM, then cheers to the walk well done at Town. This event is planned by Equipaws Pet Service.
Doral Bark & Brunch – Date: Saturday, February 19th Time: 12 PM until 3 PM. Location: Brimstone Woodfire Grill 8300 Northwest 36th Street, Doral. Raise your paw if you are ready for brunch! Pups get to enjoy free puppuccinos and doggie treats, plus a full dog-friendly menu.
Doggy Brunch on the Rooftop– Date: Every Saturday Time: 12 PM until 4 PM Location: The Citadel 8300 Northeast 2nd Avenue, Miami.
Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens – Dog Dates Sunday, February 27th Time: 8 AM until 10 AM. Tickets available on their website. https://fairchildgarden.org/events/dog-dates/ They are also offer an opportunity on that same day Dog Portrait Photography with Jaime Seymour-Newton. You will learn the basics of pet portrait photography with the Garden as your backdrop. Learn about posing your dog, how to use natural light and shade to get the best exposure of your dog and you will learn how to photograph black dogs, Jaime’s number one client question.
