Pet-Friendly Beaches in Florida

Do you want to take your dog to the beach? Here are some tips on what to bring your pup.

  • Bring plenty of water
  • Have an umbrella so your pup can get some shade
  • Bring a leash just in case it’s not an off-leash beach
  • If this is the first time you take your dog to the beach or your dog is not a great swimmer, make sure they have a lifejacket. Also red is the best color for a lifejacket because you can see it underwater.
  • Also, bring some toys, maybe a rubber ball and frisbee so you can play together with your pup.
  • Bring extra towels.
  • Don’t forget to pack them some treats because you know they love them.
